■ Supportive Subject
 ○ Korean culture related communities that regularly gather and throw events or plan activities in non-profit base.  
     Activities can be related to K-Pop, Korea Dramas Movies, Korean, etc.
 ○ Community recruitment countries are as follows (in 15 countries):
     Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Thailand, the Republic of South Africa, 
     the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Turkey
     ※ Community must be based in one of above regions.

■ Period of Applying and Supporting
 ○ Applying Period: 23th March (Mon) ~ 19th April (Sun), 2015 (In Korea standard time)
 ○ Announcement of Selection Results: within May
    ※ It will be announced on KOFICE homepage and by representatives’ email
 ○ Supporting Period: May ~ November, 2015

■ How to support (the means of sponsorship)
 ○ Event budget support
  - Support 1 representative annual community events or regular base activities related to Korea culture.
  - Amount of sponsorship will be approximately USD$2,000~3,000 per each community.
    ※ Support expenses example: venue rental fee, sound system rental fee, etc
    ※ Amount of sponsorship can be different according to the event size.
 ○ Korea culture related contents support (K-Pop CD or DVD, Korea accessories, etc)

■ Regulations
 ○ To plan a KOFICE supported events with abundant Korean culture contents to settle as a representative annual activity of community.
     (Events must include more than one Korean culture-related main program content.)
 ○ To promote positively the event before and after by PR tools like SNS or media.
 ○ To make event official poster and promotional material.
 ○ (Important) To get KOFICE support, community must submit necessary documentaries on the selected event in detail according to the below process.
    - Before an event: 1) Event plan form  2) Budget plan form
    - After an event: 1) Event result report   2) Expenditure report
     ※ Event photos should be submitted separately.
     ※ All receipts should be submitted with an expenditure report.
     ※ Each report forms will be delivered to only selected communities.

■ Evaluation Standards

■ 지원 대상
 ○ 한국 대중문화(K-Pop, 드라마, 영화, 애니메이션 등) 관련 행사를 계획하거나 정기 모임을 갖고 있는 관련 비영리 팬클럽 및 커뮤니티
 ○ 모집 국가 및 지역은 아래와 같음(총 15개 국가)
   - 남아프리카공화국, 독일, 멕시코, 미국, 브라질, 아르헨티나, 영국, 중국, 카자흐스탄, 캐나다, 태국, 터키, 프랑스, 헝가리, 호주 이하 총 15개국
  ※ 해당 지역을 기반으로 거주 및 활동하는 커뮤니티에 한정하여 지원

■ 모집 및 지원 일정
 ○ 모집 기간: 2015. 03. 23(월)~2015. 04. 19(일) (한국 시간 기준)
 ○ 합격 커뮤니티 발표: 5월 중
   ※ 선정 커뮤니티는 홈페이지 및 이메일을 통해서 공지할 예정
 ○ 활동 지원 기간: 2015. 5월~11월

■ 지원 내용
 ○ 행사 진행비용 지원
   - 한국 문화 관련 2015년도 커뮤니티 대표 행사 1건 혹은 정기 활동 지원
     ※ 지원 신청서에 기재한 행사 계획 중, KOFICE 선정에 의해 지정된 활동 지원
   - 커뮤니티 별 USD$2,000~USD$3,000 지원 예정
     ※ 행사 지원비 예시: 장소 대관비, 음향 및 조명 대여비 등
     ※ 행사 별 규모에 따라 지원금 규모는 달라질 수 있음
 ○ 한국 문화 콘텐츠 및 물품 지원(K-Pop 음반 및 DVD, 한국 전통 액세서리 등)

■ 활동 준수 사항
 ○ KOFICE 지원 행사는 커뮤니티의 2015년 대표 행사 혹은 정기 활동이 될 수 있도록 행사 콘텐츠를 풍성하게 기획할 것(한국 문화 관련 주요 콘텐츠 반드시 포함)
 ○ 행사 전후 SNS 및 미디어를 활용하여 적극적으로 행사를 홍보할 것
 ○ 행사 공식 포스터 및 홍보물을 제작할 것
 ○ (중요) 지원행사 개최 시, 아래 프로세스를 따라 계획서 및 보고서를 제출할 것
   - 행사 전: 1) 행사계획서 2) 예산계획서 제출
   - 행사 후: 1) 결과보고서 2) 정산보고서 제출
     ※ 결과보고서 제출시 사진 별도 제출, 정산보고서 제출시 영수증 포함 필수
     ※ 각 계획서•보고서 양식은 추후 선정 커뮤니티에 한하여 전달 예정

■ 평가 기준

  ※ 실제 활동인원이 조직적으로 구성되어 있고, 이전 행사 주최 및 개최 경험이 풍부한 경우 ‘커뮤니티 규모’ 및 ‘커뮤니티 활동 현황’ 평가 우대
  ※ SNS 및 언론 활용한 행사 홍보방안이 있는 경우, ‘예상 파급효과’ 항목 평가 우대
  ※ 기타 관련 재단 및 단체와의 파트너십 형성을 통해 후원금을 조성하여 보다 규모 있는 행사를 구성하는 경우 '예상 파급효과' 항목 평가 우대

■ 신청 방법
 ○ 제출서류(한국어 또는 영어로 작성)
   1) 신청서: 재단 지정 양식
   2) 활동계획서: 자유양식(MS Word 5장 이내 또는 MS PowerPoint 10장 이내)

   ※ 제출된 서류는 반환하지 않으니 양해 바랍니다.
